In the popular Nieuwemarkt square. was a snack bar called “Plein 26”. This was a very challenging project when this building had no foundation(hanging on both side neighbor’s buildings). At the end of this project we could established one of smallest restaurant(29m2!) with alcohol license. This restaurant been remodeled as an unique traditional American dinner with small apartment on top floor.
